Swift Aliso Viejo Tree Service provides tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service in Aliso Viejo, CA and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or location at our discretion. Availability of services may vary based on scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic reach.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Swift Aliso Viejo Tree Service are based on a visual assessment of your property and the scope of work described at the time of the estimate. Estimates are not binding contracts and are subject to change if site conditions, the scope of work, or other factors differ materially from what was assessed.

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued unless otherwise stated. Any additional work requested beyond the original estimate will be quoted and agreed upon before that work begins.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and mobilization costs.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases and work with you to find a suitable alternate date.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless a written payment schedule has been agreed upon in advance. We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards. Any invoice not paid within 30 days of the completion date may be subject to a late fee.

For large or multi-day projects, we may require a deposit prior to starting work. Deposit terms will be stated in your written estimate or service agreement.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and clearing the area of personal property before our crew arrives. You are responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other features that could be affected by the work.

If your property is subject to HOA rules or requires a city permit before tree work can begin, it is your responsibility to obtain those approvals unless you have made a written agreement with us to handle that process on your behalf.

7. Warranty and Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed job, contact us within 5 business days and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, provided the concern falls within the scope of the original agreed work.

This service guarantee does not cover damage caused by weather events, acts of nature, or conditions that were not visible or disclosed at the time of the estimate. It does not extend to living trees, which are subject to natural biological processes outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Aliso Viejo Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or from the performance of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service we performed shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific service. We carry liability insurance and workers compensation coverage - certificates are available on request.

9. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

The content on this website - including text, images, and other materials - is owned by or licensed to Swift Aliso Viejo Tree Service. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Aliso Viejo, CA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of California.
